Managing Sustainable Tourism Enterprises

This is an advanced take of DDST. In this program, we introduce an in-depth discussion of a systems thinking approach to sustainable tourism, applying digital and brand marketing to tourism enterprises, sustainability marketing, shifting to a bridging leadership framework in managing tourism stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, measuring sustainable tourism, and learning from best practices. For MSTE, prospective participants can take it provided: (1) they have taken the DDST and/or (2) they have significant industry experience in the travel and tourism industry.
